Job Overview:

The Business Analyst for Transformation is tasked with enhancing operational efficiency and project implementation through data analysis, digital tools adoption, process improvement strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within RAK Ports. This role encompasses diverse responsibilities aimed at supporting the Transformation Office and driving initiatives aligned with organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research, data collection, and cleansing to enable informed decision-making
Collaborate with project teams to model complex business scenarios, streamline workflows, and implement innovative solutions.
Develop and apply change management frameworks that align with our transformation goals.
Play a critical role in aligning project management strategies with our overarching business objectives.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or project management.
Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving transformation and continuous improvement.
A proactive, self-motivated professional who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
