For now cargo operations and marine services are to continue unabated. Whilst doing so, we obviously observe the guidelines from the relevant Government Control agencies with whom we are in close and continuous contact.
Our HSEQ teams are continuously monitoring developments and are doing their utmost to ensure compliance with new health and safety regulations coming in. At the same time, we are doing everything we can to keep operational disruptions to the bare minimum. In doing all of that, the wellbeing and health of our staff and port stakeholders are our primary concern.
We will continue to inform our customers and other stakeholders about relevant developments. We hope however that our stakeholders appreciate that we are in a very fluid situation which requires agility, adaptiveness and a spirit of cooperation from all concerned.
New and unexpected developments, including those requiring additional measures, cannot be ruled out in the days and weeks to come.
We also count on our customers to provide us with information that will allow us to plan our operations in order to maintain the high level of service that you are used to from RAK Ports.
